You know, there are no perfect beings, for no matter who you are, you are slightly narcissistic ( which ironically even depression comes from) you are certainly somewhat selfish, and you have before you ( namely ahead) infinite growth

Either you know who you love or you’re depressed ( which is really self-shame, which as the ego has no compassion, like a Nazi, it rails mercilessly, causing ever increasing self loathing – and as love is ultimately self-serving, hence as the person despises themselves they lose all love) then there is hate
