I think it’s fair to say that most of us, our biggest pain, whether we’re conscious of it or not, is the lack of, or shall we say it, the break in love. In other words, when we’re born, hopefully, our parents loved us and we in turn love. And love is the greatest feeling that exists. In fact, it’s more necessary than any other feeling. But because there is, of course, jealousy of feelings – for those who unfortunately had love broken from them, may become jealous of those who have not, (which is really the subconscious reason behind bullying and anti-Semitism, as studies show everybody has been bullied.) And so we now have two options. One is to be upset over the break, over the loss, and loss is another word for pain, or we can look at it differently, which is that actually, who is better off, the person who is a runner, who has never fallen, or the person who is a runner, but has fallen and learned not to let the fall keep them down.
