Question: How do we deal with the conflict of hishtadlus/effort vs bitachon/faith?

Answer: It’s not easy; but the main thing is, when a person has nothing they can do, you have to build your Bitachon/faith and trust.

When they have something that they can do, you have to do Hishtadlus/effort.

Then after you do Hishtadlus and G-d grants success, you have to have gratitude.

The gratitude reminds you that it wasn’t you.
It’s a constant, constant habit.
