Now to me – (of course the Rebbe is accurate)- this teaches that as the Rebbe teaches, “The highest level is G-d directly communicating.” So when you see yourself or a fellow Jew, no matter the exterior, know that He or She in G-d’s eyes, Are In The Highest Level!”
