When you have worked through all the things that are bothering you, (sometimes you may need to speak to somebody who’s professional or smart and compassionate that can help you…) The bottom line: don’t carry dead weight. -And you can ask yourself at the end, is there anything else that’s bothering you… But some things – like when I did this – the last thing that came up was the fact that Moshiach isn’t here and I decided, “That’s a good thing – that should be bothering me!” But there are many things that were holding onto and it will be wonderful to flush them down 🚽”
