I lived in Africa for many years, and that was “civilized Africa,” and I can honestly say, coming back to America and driving 3 hours on the highway and not having to be afraid that I would get car-jacked was feeling like I was in heaven!

And the great question is, when that great, awesome feeling of safety and moral and intellectual freedom comes, Do We Use It To Continue To ASCEND or descend?”
