Okay, I did a little therapy with myself and it just is so good that I have to share it with you and if you think it’s good, do me a favor, help someone else – share it with them! – who knows, can travel throughout the world and maybe make it a little better – and it goes like this, I asked myself –  okay, you have infinite time ahead of you. Yes, it really is true.  This moment is the bridge between your finite past and the infinite future. Consciousness never dies. And as we know eventually, we will merit, the resurrection of the dead, the coming of the Moshiach, live forever, and so how do I wish to live?
Do I wish to be happy for eternity or do I wish to hold on to whatever feelings of anger or resentment that somebody who was jealous of me caused?

And of course, I wished to be happy, and what happened next was quite interesting because ultimately, each of us are not living in the past, we are living in the present.

Our present is the collection of the soup of emotions, the different ingredients, whether happiness or sadness or anger or resentment or victimization etc. that we put into our soup.

But the thing is because it is our soup there is something stronger than what happened to us and that is, our will.

And once we make the decision to be happy 😊, then that will override the previous ingredients.

And we will perpetually be in joy,😊 and if that is more important to you than what somebody may try to, unfortunately, shame you because they’re jealous, etc. then that will be your perpetual reality.

Good luck on your Cheffness.
