The first is circumstantial, be it possibly financial or a tsunami or something else… The second is criticism, and when criticism is unwarranted, in order to protect us the brain creates a narcissistic identity, believing that we are truly all good. And this eliminates the fear of being criticized, it’s kind of a perfectionism, but of-course no one, especially those who criticize, ever has or ever will be all good 😊- to be vulnerable😊 and open 😊is the first step to truly be able to be happy,😃 loving💚 and grow.🌳”
