Here are three effective techniques to help 😀 relax:




1. Box Breathing (4-4-4-4)

How: Inhale for 4 seconds → Hold for 4 seconds → Exhale for 4 seconds → Hold for 4 seconds.

Why: This calms the nervous system, lowers stress, and brings mental clarity.





2. Progressive Muscle Relaxation

How: Tense each muscle group (starting from toes to head) for 5 seconds, then release.

Why: Helps release built-up tension and increases body awareness.





3. Visualization

How: Close your eyes and imagine a peaceful place (beach, forest, mountain, etc.) using all senses—sight, sound, smell, touch.

Why: The brain responds to imagined calm as if it were real, reducing anxiety and grounding the person.”
