1. God is loving and just looking to bestow.

2. Each and every extra good we do cuases more blessings.

3. Though the physical is important, life is a spiritual exercise.

4. The goal of this excersize is to donate yourself to God.

5. Donating yourself to God means following his will.

6. Following his will is ascertained by a. Classic Judaism b. The directives of the Rebbe ( as God through Moses said, “In every generation a prophet like me I will establish and to him must you obey”) and c. having a direct line (which we achieve through either a mashpia; or asking, and the first thought subsequent, is his reply.)

6. Nothing good comes easy, especially spirituality.

7. As Rabbi Akiva said “‘To love your fellow’ is the foundation of Judaism.”

8. Conversely to not hate – hold resentment is as important ( we do this by faith that all comes from God, ultimately for the good.)

9. Though we must have faith, when it comes to eliminating personal resentment, we musn’t have faith, rather prayer and more importantly action regarding another’s suffering.

10. We must be happy😄 – as Reb Pinchus Koritzer said “Happiness is not a mitzvah but it leads to all and sadness😔 is no sin but it leads to all.”
