(and you cannot say “oh’ it was man” for if you do believe in God it is “all or nothing.”) the answer is, ultimately God wants, as we know, not an outer but an Inner Garden-of-Eden – in other words, if man’s consciousnesses is messed up, either simply pursuing biological addictions (be it pleasure and/or power) then he just is a lower form of animal (as we do see in the travesties man commits/ed) Conversely to be good one must exist in a dual reality – you see, some people think, let me dissociate myself from both (power and pleasure) and we see how so many faiths (well-intentioned “mystics” etc.) simply ignore life – the balance of life is to become God’s humble agent (and to get this balance took, first the giving of the Torah and creating a kingdom of priests (and subsequent nations – in fact the majority of the world imitating – in a good way) but concurrently the trauma that makes you realize, that this is no opportunity rather privileged obligation)”
