Every child leaving school should be proficient a. in computer science – most jobs will be in data (the prediction http://money.usnews.com/money/careers/articles/2012/09/10/by-decades-end-big-data-will-be-bigger-than-ever) However not all people have an aptitude – we must give people aptitude tests and give them skills accordingly.”
