Kabbalah teaches that first there is God and then God desired… – well wouldn’t want to ruin the punch-line! so let’s start with what God did – God created what is called in Kabbalistic terminology seder hishtalshalut, a chain of events, the way this chain works – remarkably exactly like a real chain – the first ring is an idea which snakes its way down to complete the loop, from this initial idea, another is born – in simple words, God desired to bestow his loving-kindness – the greatest act of love ironically (and as we now know empirically, is not freedom – the quest of humanity from time immemorial – rather it is true freedom! not a state of lack (of pressure etc.) rather a state, where once generated, an internal combustion, driving in a peaceful happy manner, positive progression – we are entering into the infinite end game
