0 responses to “There is objective and subjective reality: lets start with the mechanism of how there can be a false (subjective) reality, presumably if something say is pleasurable, it is; and if it’s painful, likewise it is; however the way the soul was built by God, we have two primary motives, the first is called pleasure (and its corollary, to not get in a situation which is painful) and the second is more related to our identity (sometimes ego) and that is called desire – now though ultimately we desire pleasure, nonetheless desire has a mechanism by which it overrides and controls, it decides and completely arbitrates what is or isn’t pleasurable, so if I truly desire something painful that becomes pleasurable to me (which is how people achieve crazy feats such as climbing Mount-Kilimanjaro etc.) but conversely, if I truly don’t want something pleasurable, that then becomes painful to me – hence the only objective reality is unity.”
