We hear much about the light of Moshiach
We hear that before the world was created, the light of Moshiach was
“The goal of the world is for the light of Moshiach”
Practically speaking, the Rebbe transferred to us the light of the Moshiach
What is this light?
Obviously, and this is perhaps the hardest most sublime teaching of the Rebbe to get, though it is an obvious reality – God is infinite!
The reason this is so hard for us to get, is that nothing in our experience is infinite and even that which is – is defined within its very parameter – in other words, we have a relationship to infinite in quantity, but not in quality.
Is there anything in our universe which is not infinite in its quantity, rather in its quality?!
The closest thing I can imagine is love.
For love will both seek to bestow itself, yet simultaneously limit itself to the extent that’s its rays are beneficial.
Everything else, truly is defined by itself, so say pebbles – you may collect infinite pebbles, but each one is a pebble; similarly with water, fire, earth.
Another good example of true infinite, is from the dirt of the ground, for it has this unique capacity of growth – of what? – anything.
