To be in love not in resentment for this Judaism was given to the world

Love like water on a hot day, cools you, makes you feel refreshed; fire like any day, burns you; destroys your heart, contaminates your mind and poisons your environment.

Love – seeing good in others, or at least seeing the interconnectivity of your fellow man – identifying with him, for then we extend the self love to the other.

Fire is resentment!

I once asked a physiologist what happens to someone who carries resentment.

“It’s like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die” he replied.
