Standards are the dirty word and the most divisive notion in modern culture, the very differentiation between Republicans and Democrats, pro-life pro-choice, religion and atheism has only one theme, and that is standards.

Standards are integral for the dignity of humanity, no standards, people become snobs people become racist people become gay people become Nazis (who were quite sophisticated, they simply lacked standards.)
