Zero Expectations

Once upon a time God made a man

 

Shining brilliance beyond angels, the entire universe His – His expectation (ego) was expanded

 

“God give me a wife” he pleaded

 

And so beyond all he had, he also got a wife

 

“But, it’s her fault” said he, after he sinned

 

But why did he sin?

 

Explains the Kabbalists, because his expectation (ego) was great, hence his willingness to submit to God, lacking.
