You didn’t go through all of life… all those hard-learned lessons – In fact, the only way we truly learn is the hard way. Because the mind knows innately, but the body may resist. And so what we go through simply fine tunes the body into the reality. So we didn’t go through all of that, to foolishly, ignore it!
