You cannot convince an immoral person on moral grounds, only on immoral grounds! hence the thousands of years secular Jews tried to appease immoral vicious antisemites, resulting in nothing! however, if necessary, you can and must – Israel case in point – fight fire with fire (obviously the difference is, we are a defense not an offense force!)
