Wow I just comprehended something Jewish mysticism teaches us that anti-Semitism is the disease of arrogant people – now why would arrogance create jealousy – presumably if someone was arrogant they should feel superior to the Jew and not want to destroy him which is also taught by Jewish mysticism to be the result of jealousy over their happiness (as there are three levels of jealousy a. over something someone else has, which you don’t, but the highest – I forget the middle is – c. the jealousy of bad people to good people, hence even jealousy over Americans who represent goodness and kindness vise-a-vie selfishness, which is more common in the rest of the world (as we don’t see the incredible charitableness that Americans – of course Jews – demonstrate elsewhere) so the answer is that arrogance creates delusions of grandeur – delusions of grandeur create frustration when your ego does not match the reality outside (as the Baal Shem Tov teaches, that most delusional (insane) people arrived at their state having not been able to reconcile their delusions of grandeur with reality (that doesn’t see them in the light they see themselves) now imagine you are a King and someone disobeys you, perhaps you would God-forbid chop off their head, as opposed to a normal person that doesn’t expect people to obey them, so it doesn’t cause them sadness nor anger hence violence to “rectify the wrong”
