Loath – hate – be repulsed – if need be, shout at the despicable desire (for all sins come from a desire – and when we have a desire we literally birth a negative angel that lives in us) and then 2. Say to G-d, "I am sorry for having …. desire" (for when you verbally confess, this kills the body of the desire)
