With God’s help I have finally discovered the core truth, you see as Kabbalah says, we have three things that automatically control us – we have an ego, so when we take pride say in being a doctor we will seek to be one, which is why when we are young and we identify with our sex parent, then we seek to become like them, or if we perhaps see a movie and we identify with the character, we seek to become like them; conversely if someone shames us or even if we have self shame, what we do is we seek to not be that person (in other words, we seek to not be ourselves) We also have instincts which are driven by that which gives us pleasure and that which gives us pain Called Love or fear; and finally, we have a very weak rational ability
