Wisdom or God that is the question?!

Our sages teaches us, a wise person can predict the future better than a Prophet; so why do we revere prophets so much more than a wise person? the greatness of a prophet lies not in his mind, rather in his superrational ability to trust a God he cannot see! for the same wisdom that builds, can destroy; the same scientists that create positive technology, create machine guns – armies have thousands of scientists creating more and more sophisticated killing machines!
