Why will we sometimes go to the end of the earth for s/he we don’t know, but hardly lift a finger for s/he we do?

The reason is quite interesting but perhaps life altering (if you choose to alter your life positively!) love and fear dominate our emotions; ironically, whom we love we don’t fear, and whom we don’t love, we do.
