Why there was never a better time

As always we are want to look nostalgically
The reason often is that the fear of the unknown leaves us, desire the devil…
in other words, in actual fact humanity is on a singular positive trajectory
never mind the incredible advances in technology, medicine, things which makes our physical lives incredibly more awesome
but in actual fact it is in the spiritual realm
what?…
how can that be?…
can you say we today are better?
not only are we better – by infinite measure
you see, all of spirituality actually contains as the Rebbe Rashab (one of our greatest mystics) teaches, one singular goal – to remove the ego so your essence can shine!
ego of course is praise – and only after the tumultuous past, when in the smoke of world wars etc. the arrogance of western nations (the world leader) dissolved
it was from this era that empire such as Britain, France etc. eventually Russia willingly gave up (unprecedented!) large countries for the sake of morality
though it is true that the Arabs are still arrogant (hence unwilling to allow Jews their own country – which is why they started three wars of G-d-forbid annihilation and in truth only due to God were they saved, and statistically a great number still wish for this) nonetheless the current inter-strife in Yemen, Libya, Egypt, Syria, Iraq and in all truth, if in other countries the people were not afraid, presumably every single Arab dictatorship (amazingly the last group of people to savagely oppress
