Why Moshiach is ready to come

Quotes from the Rebbe: Many wonder how can the world be ready for Moshiach? – the answer is, that God placed us in exile particularly to transform the languages and locations to holiness, this is achieved when Jews settled in these countries and prayed in these languages, used their influence for building Synagogues etc. And this is particularly seen in France which the verse states, specifically, as, “redemption will come to there;” as it was a most hostile location (to the extent the Alter Rebbe supported the anti Semitic czar, over the free thinking Napoleon, for their spirit which later affected the whole modern outlook was one of ego, arrogance and lack of Godliness) and today in France (after initial work by the Rebbe and Rebbes before him) there is many many Yeshivois and printing of holy books to the extent that it serves as a center of Judaism, distributing its books all over the world (and the same has happened in many many countries.)
