Why liberalism is much closer to Nazism than to American values

By zevi770 · March 15, 2016

One could ask a simple question – how can you say liberalism is closer to Nazi-Germany, a sadistic group of butchers than to American Judeo-Cristian ethics?

Isn’t the whole notion of American Judeo-Cristian ethics, compassion?

The answer is, that compassion that isn’t based on values, based on the Bible; it really, like the hippie movement, an indulgent excersize in unrestrictive behavior.

Now when we have no restrictions, hence the dominant consciousness is “what is best for me!” – at this moment!

Germans were on the most part liberals – the enlightenment had wiped out religious dogma – suffice it to say, the fact that there was a 50% intermarriage rate attests to this.

The Rebbe when asked if a Holocaust could happen in America said “tomorrow” (note the Rebe witnessed its rise and had to leave Germany due to it – he was studying in Berlin at the time.)

I never trusted the Rebbe that this could happen in America for growing up in America and knowing how the value of liberty are so much part of our culture it seemed a logical impossibility.

But today I know unfortunately he is right – when I see how liberals, many of them Jews, who by nature are good-hearted, are falling hook-line-and-sinker for another demigog – an unknown character which all we do know of his background is his notable affiliations were from radical haters – can somehow sway so many millions of people, it calls to mind Hitlers statement, “lucky for leaders that people don’t think.”

It will only be those of us whose faith in God firmly built on the principles of the old-testament in which life and justice are absolute not relative values – they are obligations not niceties, they are the fabric of civilization, what we are willing to live or God forbid … for, only the many good religious Jews and religious Cristian who will save the world.
