Why having a good heart, isn’t good enough

Nothing is a greater privilege than as most Jews have, having a good heart

We see disproportionate to their numbers, practically all humanitarian organizations are started, or helped by Jews

But why isn’t that good enough?

Because ironically, our issue isn’t our heart, our issue is our ego

What is the ego, if not sensing one’s importance

So the corollary of ego is that it’s easy, precisely, because you have a good heart, to sense your greatness

The solution is to obligate yourself to do what God teaches, not out of your desire, but out of God’s.
