Why do good people need God?

Why do good people need God? Is it really necessary to hear, do not kill? How about, do not have forbidden relationships? Do you need to tell me not to steal? Do you need to tell me, to love my neighbor? The answer of course is, the goodness in us, is God; but we are not only God – we also, for haven’t all evil people, also been born with goodness – have egos, that is capable of anger, hence malice, hence evil, we also have instinctual desires; in fact, in the west, the entire enlightenment movement was based on free-sex, which they, through much much much effort managed to brake all the taboos, and hence we see how people are completely debased, lacking any guidelines which would turn what could be the highest union into a loving family unit; so the answer why do good people need God is; to remain good!
