Whose terms?

Effectively I can live life on my terms, or I can live life according to reality; Freud in fact calls this “the pleasure principle, versus, the maturity principle” it’s a very great transition to leave life based on my terms – the spoiled child – and to enter into reality; which is, the only way to do the right thing, is to ignore my terms, and seek God’s instruction in every circumstance (through asking a Mashpia etc.!)
