Whose in control?

The Zohar teaches, three organs have influence over us, obviously our mind, if we exercise it (ironically our greatest problem is, we don’t listen to our mind – to activate our mind, we need to order our heart and body around, in other words, say I think I should stop eating sugary foods, it’s not enough to have this thought, I must also tell myself – especially when I want to eat them – “don’t eat surgery foods!” –this is self-control, which we get better and better at, as we exercise it!) the second is our hearts, now our hearts have certain pleasures and fear of shame and pain, so it wants to eat sweet food, for that gives us an internal high, and of-course we don’t want shame or pain, so if we don’t use our minds, as most of us don’t activate our thoughts into action, we end up being exactly God-forbid like animals, whose entire existence is a fluctuation between achieving what is instinctively pleasurable and refraining from that which can give us pain (and shame, which is why it is impossible to be a good, unless we overcome this, for bad people always – antisemites, German, Nazis, currently Arabs, liberals – use shame to manipulate us into behaving as despicably as they do – which is the cause-de’celeb of evil, that they shouldn’t be the only despicable people and what was/is behind four thousand years of antisemites) then comes the part we must completely annihilate, our liver / ego, the ego is our desire for prominence – ironically, this is something that only humans have – for example, animals don’t desire recognition – there isn’t associations, guilds, award ceremonies, for they only have instincts – unlike animals, humans have a perception of their own greatness, which when hurt (see antisemitism above) they become tyrants, in trying to reassert themselves – this is the psychology behind bullies and all evil which is all bullying!
