Who is Moshiach?

According to Kabbalah, Moshiach isn’t a who, it is a what.
In other words, Moshiach in Kabbalistic terminology is called Yechidah-Haklolis, the general source soul from which all Jews souls come from.
Once we understand this, we understand, well, almost everything we need to know about who / what is Moshiach!
You see, firstly who can possibly be the source of all souls, if not God himself!
However, in every generation is born, a neshomah-klalis, a leader of the Jewish people who this source soul imbues.
Hence as the Oirech Chayim Hakadoish writes, Moshiach gets the source soul of all the previous leaders, which is also what it says, that Mosses is Moshiach, David is Moshiach etc. etc. for their souls all impregnate the final leader of the Jewish people – in our generation, obviously the Rebbe – and this source soul then becomes the redeemer!
