Who is in charge of who

In life there can be three possibilities of who leads who
Either you have both a positive worldview – religion etc. – and you have the self discipline to follow it!
Or you have instinctual desires, things you love and things you are afraid of, and they become the determining factor for your behavior – which is how 99% of us behave, for though we may be aware of higher values, we lack the self-discipline to implement them.
And worst case scenario – your angry – someone has really abused you, but tonight, yes tonight, I heard one of the most amazing mechanisms to pop the bubble of anger – when Yehudah approached Yosef to tell him something, one of the commentaries teach that in Yehudah’s perspective, Yosef was angry, so he said, I want to tell you a personal story – you see, I once was angry – the famous story of his daughter-in-law who committed adultery, and the rule was, that she should be burnt, and when Yehudah later was informed by her, that in fact it was his insemination that made her pregnant and she hadn’t become an adulteress – thus Yehudah’s anger dissipates to the extent he said, she is more righteous than I, for I withheld her from my last son while she wanted to bear a holy child (the progenitor of Kind David, hence Moshiach in fact) so Yehudah was telling Yosef, that the reason man becomes angry – and this is often the case in relationships – is because he assumes his position is one hundred percent correct – however if you are willing to consider the slightest possibility, namely that there is even a 1% chance you are not correct, so maybe the other position is correct, you will never become angry – and lets face it folks, as no man can see all the equations, all the possibilities, not to mention, are biased towards our own ego, instincts etc. etc. hence the chances that even more righteous people than us are always 100% correct is impossible, as it states, there is but no righteous who only does good and not evil, hence we too may in fact be mistaken and this being the case think back to all the times you had righteous indignation, and ask yourself, is it not possible that perhaps there is but a 1% to perhaps even 25% chance that I was mistaken?!
