When we realize, that the same who made the spirit, made the body, and the laws of physics are similar to the laws of spirituality, and one of the interesting laws of physics, is that to the extent that you hit something is the extent that it hits you, and as it relates to the law of spirit, to the extent that you love something or even fear something, you are connected to it – so if you have resentment, not only are you holding onto the past, the past is holding you down
