When we are young we cannot handle untruth and truth be told – part of the reason we can’t handle it – is not because we are so truthful…. but because we have a need for the world to behave, so we can feel safe – the older and more mature we get – the less we need that everyone should be perfect, and the more our need to perfect ourselves and better others
