when we are young – as we are both altruistic as well as vulnerable we believe all adults are good (this is why Russian disinformation is so powerful, as it infects the minds of the young – almost impossible, as we saw by nazi germnay, that the infected Germans of hitlers propaganda went to their death believing that Jews were bad etc)
