When we are not comfortable with ourselves, usually through jealous bullying, the self that we present to the outside world, is incongruent with the true soul, which is why you see people especially – nobody take offence, but it’s true – in the South African and European societies, where the individual isn’t celebrated, as in say, Jewish or American society, for being themselves – a false exterior is presented; and often people even forget Who The True Self Is!
