when we are humble, there is the force of attraction (we seek that which is greater and when we are humble, we see others as such) when we are arrogant (we think we are great/er) then we are vexed (for we now feel we should be entitled – this is like a boss (so say if the accountant made an error, the janitor won’t be vexed; but the boss (if he is arrogant) as he assumes he “owns” the accountant, or is at least entitled to accuracy, may get angry) now, as we all have innate jealousy – when we are vexed we become jealous – hence bullying
