When Moshiach comes, the prophet says "A new Torah will come from me" now we know, that there can never be a new Torah, as one of the thirteen principles is, that "this Torah, will not change," however as the Rebbe says, within the Torah, there are principles, for example, that when God speaks directly to a prophet or individual, that message takes precedence
