when I was a kid, my school had a soccer team – they used to call moms – soccer moms – thank God my mother was sweet enough to drive me to soccer games – I won “best halfback” which is like saying “you win for standing” – now soccer may not be my forte (I think philosophizing is which suites a halfback quite well) but there is something we can learn from it – for in every game there is two positions, defense and offense – similarly in life, we all seek glory – but the truth is, even if you get glory, you will not feel glorious
