When feelings of pleasure (in life/about life) turn to pain, pain turns to shame, now depending if we are arrogant or not (feel entitled or not) shame turns to jealousy of another’s pleasure, which turns to hate, which turns to rationalizations (justifications; antisemitisim, bullying, radicals etc.) which if the opportunity is there (for example, hitler needed to take over Germany, convince the Germans, build an army etc.) turns to violence
