What the heck is going on? – in other words, what is God thinking?- there is obviously a deep deep plan – Einstein’s entire quest in his science was to “know God’s thoughts, the rest are details” – unfortunately, as Kabbalah teaches, only through revelation can we know what God is thinking – and we have been privileged by God to have nine great masters of Kabbalah and Chassidus from the Baal Shem Tov down to the Rebbe and if I had to summarize their worldview, it goes like this – long held was the belief that man is a tool of God – the world lived in a place devoid of love – when hearts are empty, ego reigns supreme (which is why it was a series of wars which really is the supremacy of one idiot’s ego over another’s) but thankfully, from their open loving hearts (this’s truly a cosmic thing and I don’t want to go into how exactly it came to take place, but it did) people learned to love one another – in an environment of love, what matters is well, love!
