What makes us upset

We don’t get upset by reality, reality is actually a blessing, what we get upset with, is when reality doesn’t follow our desires, which also doesn’t make reality bad, it just clashes with our delusion of grandeur, hence a truly humble person – say a servant who doesn’t expect to get HIS way, doesn’t clash with reality, though his reality is far worse than say his master – who will be far more frustrated!
