What makes a person happy or sad is never what they have rather our fundamental self, apart from the God part in us, is a narcissist, which wants to get it’s way… but there’s no way that everybody can always get their way… so if you only wish for what is always doable, namely to fulfill the wishes of your Creator, you will have consistent meaning and joy
