What is the truth behind the fall of Assad, Syria and the name of the Arab world

We recently saw on a Living Torah video how the Rebbe strongly believed that Syria will fall in an anticipation of the coming of the Moshiach
The Rebbe advocated for Israel to march through Damascus.
Why
What is the meaning behind all of this?
What is a government?
Nothing more than, nor nothing less than, a perception of prestige
Once a government and in this case a raving bunch of murderers rapists and liars (from the nicest things one can say about the Arabs) loses its prestige, its moral authority, they are condemned to the history books.
