What is most important, is clarity!

To serve God we need to combine two opposing trends simultaneously, on one hand we must nullify our thoughts, mind, opinions; for otherwise we are not serving God, but our own sense; and we see the incredible evil, people thinking they were doing good (Nazis for example) have done! but on the other hand, in an equal measure, we must be strong, confident, ready to give up our lives for God’s opinions, justice! hence we see the countless Jewish martyrs! so effectively what is most important, is clarity! to know beyond a shadow of a doubt, what comes from the side of light and what comes from the side of darkness!
