what does it mean when no less a person than Moses asked God to explain who he is, God said “I will be, who I will be” (which literally is explained that depending on the circumstance, is how I appear)

you see, even such a great mind as Moses – as is human nature – assumed that God is one

but in truth, one is a dimension – for how do you define one? – relative to whom?
