What can we learn from the Connecticut shooting?

What we can learn, for all that we see or hear must teach us something, is unfortunately, something very simple:
We have a tendency in the west to bury our heads in the sand and like to assume that everything and everyone is perfect – so if Arabs are killing Jews they most have a gripe, if terrorists are beheading people they must have a reason, but terrorists, Arabs, and the Connecticut shooting are all linked, evil is jealousy, and jealousy has no other motive than destruction!
