we have a choice, hold onto anger, resentment, hence hate and as hate is (the reverse of love) an emotion that tells us to destroy (like why you kill a mosquito and receive pleasure as it wasn’t only about protection… also about vengeance) we are locked in a battle against, well everyone… or we can love, and as love is an emotion that tells us to help, we can feel compassion
